Technical Support in Dallas, TX

CDI is looking for Technical Support candidates to work with one of our EXCELLENT clients in Dallas.

The ideal candidate will present an outstanding personality and be extremely customer service oriented. There are various shifts available so the more flexible you are the better chance you have of getting the position.

Must have at one year of IT/help desk experience. Certifications are highly desirable. Below is a brief description of the role.

Provides phone based technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support. May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
