North Dallas software development organization is looking for a help desk manager with experience supporting proprietary applications to join their dynamic IT team on a full time basis. The Application Help Desk manager will lead a team that provides first and second-level support to users by developing problem-solving resources and managing a staff. The manager will achieve customer support objectives by contributing customer support information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer support trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
