Develops User Manuals, Program Documentation, Training Manuals, and Operational Procedures. Maintains and updates the documentation as application or business changes are introduced. Coordinates activity with IT staff to ensure quality, timeliness and efficiency
Experience: 4-6 Years of Technical Writing, business analysis and data analysis and MS Office. Must be proficient with MS Project, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Access, Data Warehousing and Oracle are nice to haves.
