Help Desk Analyst I in North Dallas! in Dallas, TX

Our client is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a Tier 1 Helpdesk position in North Dallas. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows XP operating system related problems, Microsoft Office XP (Word, Outlook, Excel) end user support, Microsoft Outlook end user support, VPN, and general connectivity related issues. This motivated self starter should bring 1 or more years of solid helpdesk experience to the table, have the ability to hit the ground running, and have a superior approach to solving technical issues with a high quality customer service focus. Bonus qualifications include Active Directory &#150; User Administration and Lotus Notes experience.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
