Position Summary
The Director of Enterprise Management Systems will report directly to the Vice President IT Outsourcing Operations.The incumbent will lead the development and delivery of the monitoring solution while having responsibility for three (3) primary initiatives:
(i) Business Unit Leadership.Responsible for providing leadership throughout the monitoring organization to drive high performance.Develop and executive a technical strategy while positioning ACS for growth.
(ii) Client Delivery.Oversee the successful delivery of monitoring services while facilitating and guiding operations efficiency for our ITO clients.
(iii) Financial Management.Manage a P&L.Responsible for creating the vision, strategy and budget required to realize our monitoring services objectives.
Position Requirements
10 - 15 years experience within the IT outsourcing operations or general management.Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred.
Outsourcing experience managing and growing an organization
Possess strong technical aptitude and ability to apply technology to business problems
Experience in a systems development environment with experience as an engineer a plus
Assist in problem escalation & resolution to maintain client business relationships
Strong business and financial acumen with P&L management experience
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Must have a strong track record of delivering services with positive customer and client results
Considered to be a thought leader and strategic thinker
Demonstrate consistent adherence to ethical standards in relation to international businesses
Superior leadership, decision-making, implementation and communication skills
