Help Desk Analyst III in Dallas, TX

Hardware responsibilities include desktop and laptop support throughout the U.S. This position is responsible for coordinating with the Help Desk Support lead of local area network activity changes, while adhering to technical policies established by the organization. Other responsibilities include all hand held support and maintaining documentation for this environment.
