Help Desk Analyst II in Dallas, TX

We are searching for a Support person to join our Team. You will be supporting a Linux Based product from the command line. This group resells services an hand-held devices, and you would be providing support to the customers that use these devices. You will provide troubleshooting for Linux, network related issues, DNS issues, etc. All of this support will be done on the phone. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Experience required to be successful in this position is as follows:
-Intermediate Linux
-Intermediate Windows Server 2003
-Intermediate DHCP/DNS
-Intermediate UNIX
