We are searching for a Telecom Business Analyst to join our clients' team. Client is in the process of upgrading their telecom system and migrating to a Nortel VOIP solution. Additionally they are opening a secondary location over the summer. To ensure a successful deployment, they need a Business Analyst who will be able to gather the requirements from the end user, build a statement of work, and work INDIVIDUALLY AND with the technical team to ensure the project is deployed correctly. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills as the end users are non-technical.
Required Experience
· 5+ YEARS Experience with Nortel Enterprise TDM and IP Systems
· Experience with 1000+ line systems
· 5+ YEARS Application Experience with Octel and Nortel voice mails systems
· 5+ YEARS Application Experience with Nortel Symposium and Call Center systems
· Experience with large primary location install base
