Responsibilities:
Responsible for the tactical planning and development of comprehensive engineering plans and extensive analysis of the Layer 3 networks; including capacity planning of all Edge circuits and routers to meet the growth, modernization, and replacement demands of the network. Issue project plans for growth of the MIS, AVPN and PNT networks. This includes providing cable, fiber drawer and LGX assignments as needed, creating TPR requests and purchase orders, and requesting Uplink assignments. Also provides technical support to the Project Management team. Will also be required to develop and run utilization reports and metrics.

1) SQL/TOAD Expert- Required
2) Programming Expert- Required
3) Microsoft Office Expert- Required
4) Cisco Routers Intermediate- Required
5) Capacity Management Expert- Required
6) Layer 2 Transports Intermediate- Required
7) Data Parcing/Manipulation Expert- Required
Experience: The following experience would be a plus;
* Juniper Routers Intermediate- Desired
* Project Management Intermediate- Desired
