We are seeking 2 Sr. Business/System Analysts to join an already excellent team of Developers and Analysts. This person will be responsible for assisting other analysts within the team in defining/decomposing previously defined high level requirements and how they will impact/change the current code base, primarily as it relates to the Rewards Application. The team is made up of approximately 45 analysts and developers and is responsible for establishing a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years:
. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Rational Suite (primarily Requisite Pro and ClearQuest)
. Requirements determination
. Understanding of OO Analysis and Design
. Data analysis
Beneficial Experience:
. Strong written communication skills.
. Airline industry experience
. Project Management"
. 5 to 7 years IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies
. Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Demonstrated ability to understand and document business processes
. Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks
. Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated success using skills
. Experience working through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
. Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
. Ability to work well in a Team environment
. Ability to interview Customers at all levels
