Specification and management of coding, usability and quality standards
Interpreting requirements into application designs
Ensuring the quality, architecture and accuracy of released code

Experience: In-depth experience with conceptual & hands-on application architecture and technology using J2EE.
Experience and understanding of Object Oriented programming including analysis, design and development..
Experience programming for n-tier environments using technology such as J2EE, EJB, JMS, JDBC, Web services and XML.
Experience with Test Driven Development and project automation tools.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and apply them in the workplace
Iterative Software Development Lifecycle and Processes
Agile Software Development Methods (XP, SCRUM, FDD, etc.)
1+ years of FLEX development experience a plus.
