Customer Support Manager in Dallas, TX

National logistics company is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to maximize the value for the business objectives of the company. The manager will oversee and set the direction of the day to day operations within the Support Services team in support of delivering a quality technical solution to our customers. Responsibilities
include ensuring the effective operation of Level 1(Service Desk) and Level 2 (Technical Support operations); implementing and measuring team performance, identifying trends, investigating creative ways of making the organization more efficient; developing and implementing strategic, tactical, and operational plans of the department in conformance with corporate strategic objectives and more. Experience: Requirements include a Bachelors Degree or higher in CIS, MIS, or related field. 10+ years IT experience including 3+ years customer support management and outsourced vendor management experience required. PMP, CPM and/or ITIL certification highly preferred.
