Define/determine requirements, create use cases, create test cases for IT initiatives/projects. Work closely with developers/software engineers to clarify requirements. Document business processes. Work through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle. Facilitate requirments gathering sessions. Interview customers at all levels. Create project plans and controls.
Experience: 5 - 7 years experience as Systems Analyst/Lead Analyst in IT project environment with multiple platforms and technologies. Strong written and verbal communications skills. MS Office suite, Rational product suite, OOAD.
