We are currently looking for a Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX. Job Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to work in the IS department for one of Perot Systems's largest healthcare customers. This position sits onsite at a client hospital and will be the primary business and clinical systems analyst for the hospital applications. You will respond to system change request, handle break/fix, add/delete users using security procedures, meet with hospital teams to research, diagnose and resolve problems, provide excellent customer service and respond to users in a timely and efficient manner to meet Service Level Agreements. Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer to end-user. Guides end users through complex application functionality. Participate in project based work related the applications and overall process improvement. Required Skills: 5+ years experience in a high tech environment in Tech or Business Application Analysis or equivalent combination of experience and education 3-5 yrs hospital/clinical system experience and a good understanding of hospital workflow Excellent team work and customer service oriented 3-5 yrs clinical application support with any of the following orders/results, scheduling, pharmacy, lab Excellent written/verbal communication skills Flexibility and strong organizational skills to handle multiple request and shifting priorities Technical troubleshooting skills and experience Desired Skills: Experience working with McKesson or Cerner HIMSS affiliation a plus Vendor Management experience Experience using Microsoft office products such as (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Exchange) RN desired Minimum Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent More about Perot Systems At Perot Systems, we are looking for candidates that have a high level of integrity, are tenacious and can thrive in a team environment.
