Our client is currently interviewing A+ Certified Helpdesk Analyst’s for multiple contract to hire opportunities in North Dallas Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in a helpdesk environment resolving issues related to Microsoft Office XP, VPN, and Windows XP. This motivated self starter will have a basic understanding of ITIL methodology, and be able to apply basic concepts in day to day activities. This is a 3rd shift position, working 4 10 hour shifts a week.
