We are currently looking for a Deskside Support Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX. Job Responsibilities: The Desk Side Support Analyst supports customer needs in a healthcare business office environment for desktop, printer and basic networking needs. Monitor problem ticket work queues and interact with hospital staff to provide progress updates and closure notification. Standard PC/printer break-fix tasks. Provide assistance with some server and network-related tasks. Required Skills: 2 years of recent desk top support, computer problem solving skills and technical troubleshooting, which includes both hardware and software and Microsoft operating systems 2000/XP and printer support Good communications skills required due to the high amount of customer interactions as well as working with vendors and co-workers Ability to lift 30+ pounds, bending, lifting, alot of walking in a large campus area with multiple buildings Desired Skills: Prefer healthcare systems experience Minimum Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials: No certifications required; prefer Microsoft or network certification More about Perot Systems At Perot Systems, we are looking for candidates that have a high level of integrity, are tenacious and can thrive in a team environment.
