" Experience: 5+ years Extensive analysis experience of complex data, processes and systems Experience in testing and working with QA teams. Highly proficient in using system analysis tools, data modeling and data analysis Strong facilitation and meeting management skills. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to communicate to a broad technical and non technical audience Excellent analytic and problem solving skills Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes, methodology and project management skills. Prior exposure to RPG and Microsoft technologies Prior work experience in Mortgage Banking is a plus 4 Year college degree in computer science, IT or equivalent experience 5+years system analysis experience.
