COBOL Programmer/Analyst in Dallas, TX

We have an outstanding opportunity for several strong Cobol/CICS/IMS/DB2 Programmers with one of our most exciting clients. You will complete programming, analysis, and design projects assigned to you for efforts associated with a large scale supply chain rollout. Position requires a minimum of 5 years programming/analysis experience with OS390 COBOL using IMS and DB2 databases in a MVS and CICS environment. Must be able to evaluate and write programming specifications and create logical programming modifications and solutions; must be able to build checkpoint restart logic with COBOL and IMS. A minimum of 5 years programming experience in JCL and on the OS390 executing jobs that run using the IMS, CICS and/or DB2 subsystems required. Familiarity with IBM WebSphere MQ is desired. Experience working with RedPrairie WMS application is preferred. Availability for 24/7 application production support may be required. US CItizenship is required.
