Project Manager with J2EE implementation experience needed ASAP! in Dallas, TX

This individual will divide their time between their home office and client sites servicing Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA with occasional travel to Toronto, Canada. Travel is expected to be no greater than 50% a month to Los Angeles and Toronto, although the expectation is that travel will be less. Ideally, qualified individual will come from a Big 4 Financial Services consulting background (KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte, etc). This will be a hybrid position of sorts someone with strong business acumen, but who has also managed software development teams. There will be initial company training provided at the time of on-boarding to be completed in Toronto, Canada. Candidate needs to have a current passport or be able to acquire one quickly upon receiving an offer of employment. REQUIRED:1. Proven Project Manager with at least one of the following: Telco/Media/Cable/Wireless industry background required. 2. PMP Certification is desired, but not required. 3. Project Management of J2EE implementations. 4. Project Management experience for at least one of the following: Consumer facing solutions/Video solutions/Business to Business solutions/Web portal solutions. 5. Must have strong business acumen as well as technical aptitude to interface with all levels of personnel on the business and technical sides. 6. MS Project and Visio experience required. 7. Experience leading and managing small to mid-size project teams. 8. Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills are required. EDUCATION:4 year degree is highly desired. Don't delay!
