Mainframe Programmer in Dallas, TX

Skill Set: 8+ years experience Cobol, DB2, VSAM, CICS, MQ, Stored Procedures Familiar with endevor, service center, release environment procedures Assembler and Prior Online / CARA knowledge a plus Position requirements: (5 positions) Ability to perform analysis to determine impact, sizing and produce the functional documents. Strong technical skills required to complete the system specification documentation. Must be able to code, test, produce unit / system / integrated test plans and perform the test in a release environment. Implementation planning and support. Flexibility in schedule and ability to work overtime as needed. 3 are regular developer roles while one is Assembler required. This resource will work on a design and development project that could be compliance related. These developers will support online screens in CICS and batch programming. Main development skills need to be in CICS, DB2 and VSAM with MQ interfaces. Prior bank experience and online application experience is a PLUS!
