May perform one or more of the following: Plans, designs and implements virtual computing systems, including configurations, and support/troubleshoot problems Proposes and implements virtual computing solution (software and hardware) that will supplement existing systems or provide new capabilities. Designs, analyzes, plans, and modifies virtual desktop solutions that support customer communication business development activities. Travels to customer sites for solution implementation. Responsible for evolving go-to-market solution to internal and external customers. Conducts virtualization architecture design, feasibility and cost studies. All other duties as assigned.
