Systems-Senior Voice Engineer Position Duties and Responsibilities 3 year engagementThe Senior Voice Engineer responsibilities will include: Position Duties and Responsibilities The Senior Voice Engineer responsibilities will include: Analyze existing ACD system/call flow Gather additional requirements from customer for the new system Design, Test, Document, Implement Cisco IPCC express call center solution Write detailed (step-by-step) testing documentation and thoroughly test theproposed solution in a lab environment Write detailed (step-by-step) installation and configuration documents Write detailed flow charts identifying the proposed call flow of the newscript(s) Design new call flow scripts using CRS Editor Configure Agents & Supervisors Configure Resource Groups & Skills where necessary Write XML files to enhance script functionality Integrate with external databases to enhance script functionality Perform patch installations as needed Required Education: Requires BS/BA degree.
