Location: Dallas, TX
Type: 12 months contract

Responsibilities:
- Manage the specification and execution of new product functionality and enhancements
- Responsible for all revolving product changes including redesign of existing functionality to be consistent and parameter driven across products where ever possible
- Provide design support and advocacy for leveraging base V+ functionality or parameterized solutions
- Manage the interaction between product and technology teams to ensure effective support for system delivery and products is achieved
- Responsible for improving the cost and efficiencies of existing processes
- Develop and maintain a dynamic knowledge of new product innovations and functionality
- Provide consultancy to Product Strategy teams on all product development initiatives
- Ensure all product documentation standards align with IT team requirements and that common storage and cataloging are adhered to

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Process thinking ability to define inputs, process steps and outputs
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- 5-10 years a Business Analyst role
- VisionPlus experience essential
- Consumer Finance industry expertise
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Initiative/self-starter, ability to work independently
- Results driven/goal focus
