Large retail client is looking for a Cobol/TELON/IMS/DB2/CICS programmer for a long term project. Need to have programming/analysis experience with OS390 COBOL/TELON using IMS and DB2 databases in a MVS and CICS environment. You must be able to evaluate and write programming specifications and create logical programming modifications and solutions. You must be able to build checkpoint restart logic with COBOL and IMS. Need programming experience in JCL and on the OS390 executing jobs that run using the IMS, CICS and/or DB2 subsystems.
