Home Based Call Center Representative in Dallas, TX

Work from home using your computer and home telephone to solve difficult customer problems, order services and check status of orders and maintenance. We will train you in a classroom environment.Choose your own work schedule and either work a full time schedule 8 hours per day or choose a variety of hours convenient throughout the weekday, weeknight and weekends that are convenient to your schedule. Based on your experience, We are interested in full time and part time workers. Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with a combination of some college education and work experience, college degree preferred.
1 year troubleshooting/problem-solving
1 year inbound/outbound call center experience troubleshooting technical call types, preferably troubleshooting customer DSL issues.
Must have quiet home-office enviroment to take calls uninterrupted during your scheduled work hours.
Must own a PC compatible computer with Windows XP or 2000.
Must have DSL or Cable high-speed Internet service in the home.
Must have experience using MS Office Applications, the Internet and MS Internet Explorer
Type 40 WPM on a computer
Must have or be willing to add a second phone line in the home for call center work exclusively.
Spanish language a big plus
Ability to effectively communicate on the phone in an understandable manner in English.
