Help Desk/Desktop Support in Dallas, TX

Robert Half has partnered with a Dallas Based firm to assist them in their search for several HelpDesk/Desktop positions. The successful candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries from phone and electronic sources. The qualified candidate will be a technical expert in the following skills: 3+ Years experience in help desk or desktop support role troubleshooting PC problems. MCSE, or MOUS and/or A+ certifications are a plus. Strong teaming, technical, communication and customer service skills required. MUST have working experience in a large enterprise environment of 2,500+ users. Strong commitment to a help desk career. Shift work.
