You will be working directly with customers to provide business needs analysis, project planning and implementation of products/services. You will be working alone or occasionally with a team as the main point of contact for assigned customers and projects. Your key objectives are to manage project scope and timeframe, manage project issues and customer expectations, deliver on-time solution, and maintain/improve high customer satisfaction.
Delivery of billable customer installation, configuration and training of custom applications and network environments
Project planning and coordination of complex customer projects
Providing pre-implementation assistance to Customers in planning hardware, software, and environmental requirements
Training Customers in technical implementation issues
Coordinate and guide resources as needed
Supervise and develop team members in key knowledge & skill areas
Business & technical analysis of customer needs in order to win/increase Services business
Presentation of recommendations to customers in support of sales
Identification and documentation of new business opportunities and product/service req's
Achieving high customer satisfaction before, during and after the sales efforts
Professional leader within the PS organization
Provide analysis of market size, personnel and resource needs
Experience: Bachelors Degree
Excellent English communication
2 - 5 years as a technical and/or sales consultant
Accounting experience is a must
Implementating, configuring and installing company software for clients.
Willingness to travel up to 75%
