Technical requirements require previous helpdesk experience supporting Microsoft applications with 7 of these supporting Lotus Notes. We have day shift and night shift. Bi-Lingual support is a plus. A+ is a plus. The team supports 48 clients and the potential candidates must be willing to go through a 13 week training period on day shift. The night team has 3 openings. Client is available for interviewing from 9AM-4PM, Monday through Friday. The After-hours team is looking for some very talented technical agents who work unusual hours. Night shift 8pm-6am 4 days Monday through Thursday Night shift 8pm -6am 4 days Friday through Monday Another one of our 24/7 teams has seven openings and needs agents with an expertise in Lotus Notes.
