Experience: In order to qualify for this position a candidate must have 2+ years experience with VB.Net or C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, T-SQL, in writing, debugging and implementing VB.Net or C#.Net solutions. Must have experience in analysis, requirement documents, and data modeling. Strong in VB.Net or C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, and Visual Studio. Strong in use of relational databases (SQL Server) with experience in creating and using stored procedures. Candidate should have experience in developing web applications and rich client applications. Candidate must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must have experience in identifying business requirements and creating programmatic solutions to solve these requirements. Candidate must have proven experience in end-to-end complex solutions development (web/app/db). Candidate must be highly motivated, organized, and maintain a good work ethic. Candidate must have excellent problem solving. Candidate must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members. Candidate must have solid knowledge of programming language standards and coding best practices. Candidate must be a team player.
