Helpdesk Support/Tech Support in Dallas, TX

Our client is currently looking to hire 14 Helpdesk Techs in Dallas, TX This is in North Dallas, near 75 and 635 Mainly looking for someone with the following skills: Experience with user admin knowledge Should have at least 2 years of experience in Helpdesk or Tech Support. Provides phone based technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support. May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system. A+ certification is highly desired but will also take professionals with relevant experience without an A+ Bilingual is highly desired Some positions require exposure and experience in Lotus Notes OR Active Directory.
