Object Oriented .NET Developer in Dallas, TX

We have multiple direct hire opportunities available for strong Junior, Mid-level and Senior Object Oriented Microsoft Developers to work with an exciting client in the DFW area. You will work directly with business solution architects, customer service managers, product managers and others to understand business requirements and design and develop end-to-end enterprise products. Participate in everything from DB schema design to implementing the Web UI and everything in between. Conduct in-depth analysis of systems and integration points and ensure complete and comprehensive design specifications. Experience levels range from 2 to 8 years of Microsoft Development experience with the .NET Framework. Enterprise object-oriented development experience including Web, Smart Clients, Web Services, and Enterprise Fat Clients experience is essential. You must have very strong problem solving skills and an ability to work independently. The environment is Microsoft .NET but other demonstrated progressive object-oriented development experience with Java or C++ will be considered. Database fundamentals and working knowledge of SQL is important. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to mentor other junior developers are desired.
