As an aggressive, entrepreneurial organization with major expansion on the horizon, this company is offering a Senior Software Engineer position to the right candidate.
Your important role will be to work with other technically talented team members to design, develop, analyze, and test new quality software components. Demonstrate leadership of small teams to complete development research and coding projects as assigned. Identify under-performing components and determine if optimizations are required taking into consideration change risk, solution clarity, and scope of work.
Also, to convey analysis and design of problems, both programmatic and business. You will be depended upon to evaluate, comment, and refine others' designs. And you will need to design subsystems to seamlessly integrate with the current system architecture.
Your eye for quality will be needed to analyze, identify, and debug complex systemic software defects. Also, to analyze, design, develop, and test XSLT scripts to allow customized solutions for customers.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will learn to develop components for the exciting and fast growing Healthcare Industry. Qualifications:
First of all, we need a Senior Level Software Developer who is not afraid to take ownership of his work, and willing to tackle new challenges. We also need the following skills/background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years experience in the full software life-cycle.
Solid experience with C# and C++.
Worked with Microsoft .NET technologies.
A background in the following technologies: COM/ATL, XML, XSLT, and VBScript.
Experience with SQL Server 2000 and T-SQL is preferred.
