Help Desk Analyst I in Dallas, TX

A great partner company has an opportunity for a level 1 Help Desk Analyst position. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: -1+ years experience as a help desk analyst in a call center
-Experience supporting end user calls in a Windows environment, specifically XP (Windows 2003 acceptable too)
-Hardware and Software support is a plus
-Respond to end user calls.
