Essential Duties
1. Create and manage user accounts in HRIS;
2. Set up and modify user rights and application access;
3. Create security groups;
4. Assist with testing new software installation, use, integration and support issues;
5. Assist in the documentation of HRIS procedures;
6. Troubleshoot various software issues;
7. Create/run various reports as needed for defined user groups;
8. Audit reports to verify accuracy.
Other Duties
1. Provide backup support to HR Specialist;
2. Perform special system functions that cannot be done during normal working hours or that are time intensive.
3. Supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
4. Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.

Experience: Knowledge:
The Systems Analyst must have strong knowledge of Windows 200x, MSExcel, Word and PowerPoint. This position requires an understanding and experience in HRMS database processes and tools; effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills; and previous exposure to project-related activities is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Skills:
The Systems Analyst must be detail oriented and have good organization skills. The ability to troubleshoot is necessary, and a high degree of accuracy is required. Strong email communication is required.
Experience:
The System Analyst must have five or more years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience ideally in an HR or IT support environment. One to two years of project management experience along systems implementation experience helpful. Overtime, weekend and after hours support required.
