Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk in a data center environment. Candidate must have background in troubleshooting Outlook 2003 and XP problems and supporting exchange at the user level. Strong team player with good technical, communication and customer support skills.

Experience: Must have at least 6 months helpdesk
Must have clean criminal background
Must pass drug screen
Must have excellent communication skills
