Sr.Security Analyst in Dallas, TX

An intermediate-level professional, the Information Security Analyst is a qualified contributor who supports the fulfillment of the company vision by administering and maintaining the security systems and processes to protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of ACS' information resources. Provides technical expertise to both internal and external clients and apply knowledge to reinforce ACS security policy and process.

REPESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate critical systems and applications particularly as they relate to network security architecture, system-user audits, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and audit log management.

Review and analyze business risks and develop security solutions, requirements, controls and processes.

Implement security technology products to automate compliance monitoring in conjunction with policy and regulatory laws for both internal corporate projects as well as client-facing projects as professional consulting service.

Advise various groups and business lines responsible for managing systems in order to implement audit configurations designed to maintain systems and data in compliance within ACS standards.

Improve awareness of existing and new information security service offerings.

Work under general direction, within the parameters of company policies and procedures.


  • Education and Typical Years of Experience
    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience. CISSP and CISA certifications Preferred.

    5+ years working with various operating systems and applications. Experience with mainframe and midrange systems within a highly distributed environment.

    Experience with regulatory compliance laws and business drivers including SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, and others.
