They are currently looking for a Desktop Support PBX Operations to join our team in Dallas, TX. Our client has more than 22,000 associates and 2006 revenues of $2.3 billion, is a Fortune 1000 corporation with headquarters in Plano, and locations worldwide. Our client is a Forbes magazine's "Platinum 400 company.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for serving as first-line support for all desktop related issues, including but not limited to inability to access computers, new software installations, and desktop connectivity to in-house data sources.
Responsible for managing relationship with third-party telephone vendor, as well as performing in-house maintenance on phone system, including in-house Spectralink communication system.
Experience: Required SKills:
Experience with Dell desktop PC**s.
Experience with Microsoft XP Operating System.
Working knowledge of Ethernet LAN infrastructure.
Working knowledge of PBX operations is Required.
Network experience, Server experience and Telecom experience is a Huge Plus.
