Production Support tech is required in order to create a batch monitoring position in the Command Center to
manage the batch flow of the test systems. Responsibilities include correcting batch abends, detecting and correcting file contention issues, detecting and improving batch job performance, reporting and escalating problems to level 2 support.
Experience: Twelve (12) hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, both and night shifts available. Sunday thru Wednesday or Wednesday thru Saturday.
