Our client is experiencing tremendous growth in the North Texas area and is currently looking for a Network Administrator that is FLUENT IN SPANISH to be responsible for the network integrity, server maintenance and upgrading both hardware and software; duties include but not limited to installation, maintenance, security administration, network troubleshooting, performance monitoring, data backups, data restoration, and user account administration. The Network Administrator will plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches. Must have used the following skills sets, experience administering user accounts, general help desk responsibilities with good customer service experience, consistently perform system backups, have proven ability to develop & document processes and procedures related to the server and storage environment. The Network Administrator must be highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail, have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, good oral and written communication skills (BILINGUAL IN SPANISH/ENGLISH), strong positive customer service attitude, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.

Experience: The Network Administrator is required to have the following knowledge and skills; Microsoft Windows 2003 Server OS, Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Sonic Wall, VPN, Linux, LAN/WAN, MCSE desirable.
