IT Helpdesk Specialist in Dallas, TX

Our Downtown Dallas law firm client is seeking an individual to provide a high level of professionalism and technical support.



Specifically responsible for desktop support on all firm software, including extensive knowledge of the following: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Filesite, Summation, Access, CMS Billing Software and Windows XP.

Individual will be working with attorneys and staff in a fast paced environment, providing professional assistance with hardware, software, printing and network troubleshooting.

Candidate will also conduct training classes for new and existing employees on Firm applications.


Requirements include two or more years related experience, ideally in an IT support or customer service environment; background ina legal environment is a plus; excellent communication and organization skills; ability to assume new duties and learn new applications quickly and proficiently; ability to function in a team-based environment. Overtime occasionally required. Rotating weekend support required.
