Desktop Support Analyst in DALLAS, TX

Our client is a leading provider of boiler services. Due to growth they are looking to expand their IT department. They are looking for a dedicated professional who is a true jack of all trades. The ideal candidate is someone who has invested in themselves through education and certifications.

The daily operations will include:

Supporting 200 employees both local and remote. Specifically Windows XP, printers, faxes, phones, etc.
Assisting with sever troubleshooting and maintenance. Sever 2003, Active Directory and Exchange.
Client will also be re-cabling several departments over the next 6 months.
Technical Skills Required.
Windows XP
Server 2003
Active Directory
Exchange

Plus Skills
SQL Reporting Services
Microsoft Dynamics: GP
Nortel Phone System
