May perform one or more of the following:
Perform development tasks as required to support maintenance and enhancements of existing applications, as well as development of new applications. Perform SQL tuning and code review as required to improve application performance. Primary database environment is SQL Server. Primary development language is C#.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plannning, designing, developing and testing software systems, client applications, and web applications for software enhancements and new products Developing infrastructure and applications related to current products SQL tuning and code review to address performance issues Writing and troubleshooting applications in C# Troubleshooting operational database and application problems
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
College degree in computer science or related field At least five years experience in developing and/or maintaining enterprise-level software solutions At least five years experience developing .NET web based software solutions(C#) At least five years experience in the design, development, management, and optimization of relational databases (SQL Server 2000/2005) Significant experience in developing web services, including work with X.509 certificates Knowledge of programming in client/server and web development environments Knowledge of the mortgage industry Strong time management skills and the ability to meet short deadlines Effective oral and written communication skills
