Tier 1 Helpdesk in North Dallas! in Dallas, TX

A premier North Dallas client of Robert Half Technology is currently looking for a seasoned Helpdesk Analyst Tier 1 to join their internal helpdesk. The ideal candidate will be able to handle 30-40 calls a day ranging from Routers, VPN, Active Directory User Administration, to general XP and Office related issues. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: Technical Requirements:
Windows XP OS experience
Office XP troubleshooting experience
MS Internet Explorer
VPN
Remote Access | Network Stream or Net Meeting
Active Director | Password Resets
General network connectivity issues
1+ years of solid Helpdesk experience
