Description:
Working with internal business customers to define requirements, use cases, test cases, etc. for technology efforts. In particular, supporting applications by working with business customers to define requirements and work with external vendor on product enhancements.
Minimum of 5 years:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Rational Suite (Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, ClearQuest, ClearCase)
- Requirements determination
- Use Case creation
- Test Case creation
- Understanding of OO Analysis and Design
- Data analysis
- MS Project
Experience: Experience Needed:
- 5 to 7 years IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and document business processes
- Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks
- Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated success using skills
- Experience working through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
- Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
- Ability to work well in a Team environment
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Ability to interview Customers at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, specifically creating Project Plans and Controls
