A Dallas-Fort Worth world headquarters needs to add three well-rounded Business Process Analysts with quality assurance life-cycle experience to participate and implement and enterprise-wide SAP solution. As an experienced Business Process Analyst, you will be a part of a team that is responsible for performing the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, administration, and support of the company's SAP ECC application! Additionally, this role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and incorporating data governance, data quality controls and documentation.Project tasks will include participating in the development strategy, definition of testing requirements; development of test scenario's, documentation, and implementation approach. Ideal candidate will have (at least) 10 years of Information Technology and SAP implementations experience. This position will: . Overall implementation and support of the company's SAP footprint.. Partner with Business Leaders, Analysts, Technology Directors, and senior IT personnel to provide all efforts required to get the project on the ground and sustained throughout the project lifecycle. . Be a liaison between the Application Management and integration teams to ensure seamless quality assurance initiatives from development to day-to-day operation of new functionality. . Provide mentoring and guidance to the team, ensuring that quality, IS governance and methodology standards are adhered to. Responsibilities:. Fully immerse themselves in the day-to-day efforts and become an integral part of the SAP Business Process team. . Assist in facilitating manual testing; addressing business process team member's questions; communicate processes and procedures; map test cases to process documents; and perform quality check on defects;. Perform peer reviews, code and QA test plan walkthroughs; . Review technical and functional documents;. Provide update reports to management;. Participate and review project work plans, budgets, resource estimates, timelines and weekly status reports; . Fully participate in the Business Process team's day-to-day activities of project members, which include mentoring and developing team(s) and providing technical and functional assistance. . Closely reviews and interprets all test plans, test specifications and test schedules for each project's scope of work in conjunction with the resources assigned from the business. . Act as a liaison between business community and development team, fostering a partnership relationship with the business community and effectively managing customer expectations.
