A premier North Dallas client of Robert Half Technology is currently looking for a seasoned Helpdesk Analyst to join their internal helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Microsoft Office technical support experience and will be able to handle 20-30 calls a day ranging from, VPN, Active Directory User Administration, to XP and past experience supporting Office | Word | Access | Excel | Power Point. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
