A Dallas-Fort Worth world headquarters needs to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst with HP-Mercury Testing tool, full life-cycle experience to participate and implement and enterprise-wide SAP solution. This QA Analyst will be part of an Enterprise SAP team that is responsible for creating a testing approach, test scenarios, test cases, test administration, and support of the company's SAP ECC application! Candidate role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and incorporating data governance, data quality controls and documentation.Project tasks will include participating in the testing strategy, definition of testing requirements; development of test scenario's, documentation, and implementation approach. Ideal candidate will have (at least) 10 years of Information Technology and SAP implementations experience. In this role, you will be gaining experience in SAP ECC v6, using all the HP-Mercury Testing tools, including the TAO product!This position will: . Participate in the SAP ECC Testing Strategy, test requirements, test scenarios, and test cases;. Assist in facilitating both manual and automation testing processes and procedures; . Create and review manual and automation test scripts; . Be a liaison between the Application integration teams to ensure seamless quality assurance initiatives from development to day-to-day testing of new functionality. . Provide mentoring and guidance to the team, ensuring that quality, IS governance and methodology standards are adhered to. Responsibilities:. Fully immerse themselves in the day-to-day efforts and become an integral part of the SAP Development teams. . Assist in facilitating manual testing; addressing business process team member's questions; communicate processes and procedures; map test cases to process documents; and perform quality check on defects;. Perform peer reviews, code and QA test plan walkthroughs; . Review technical and functional documents;. Provide update reports to management;. Fully participate in the Quality Assurance team's day-to-day activities of project members, which include mentoring and developing team(s) and providing technical and functional assistance. . Closely reviews and interprets all test plans, test specifications and test schedules for each project's scope of work in conjunction with the resources assigned from the business. . Act as a liaison between business community and development team, fostering a partnership relationship with the business community and effectively managing customer expectations.
