Experience: Required Skills:*Strong experience with LAN protocols (VLANs, trunking, spanning-tree, HSRP)*Heavy VoIP and IP Telephony background*Design and implementation of converged networks (IP, MPLS, Gigabit Ethernet, VoIP and Wireless)*Experience designing enterprise network routing architectures (using OSPF, BGP, EIGRP RIP, and static routers)*Must be able to troubleshoot complex network issues in LAN/WAN environment*Knowledgeable regarding IPSec, Multicast and load balancing techniques.*F5 Load balancing*Experience with enterprise firewall design, implementation and support*Experience with Call Manager and Unity *Solid Network Security expertisePlusses: *IPCC and IPCC Express expertise*Cisco certification, preferably CCIE
