Dallas Customer Management Company is seeking an Application Developer with strong reasoning and problem solving skills and the capacity for increased learning. Candidate will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing the solution components and executing the development for cutting edge service solutions. Candidate must also be a team player with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:.Work closely with QA Technical & Test Analysts on unit and functional testing; perform unit testing.Analyzes programs to increase operating efficiency.Clarify business requirements by working with analysts and end users.Design and Construct components in .NET 2.0/3.5.Generates error-free application and/or system components to meet specifications or statement of problem on a continuous basis.Development to include new product development, customizations and enhancements.Create design specifications to address user goals; formulates plan-outlining steps required to develop program following established standards for design deliverables.Participate in requirements elicitation, design process, design reviews and construction with multi-disciple peers as part of an Agile team.Estimate assigned work effort and be accountable for completion dates.Create appropriate design documentation and program logic documentation as necessary.Performs maintenance and enhancement of software componentsRequirements: .Ability to meet individual deadlines and team goals; Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.Understanding of how the product is applied by the user and the underlying business processes that drive product functionality .2+ years experience delivering web applications using nearly all of the following technologies: .NET 2.0/3.5, C#, nUnit, nHibernate/ORM, Oracle, SQL, WebServices, XML, HTML, XSL.Experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM).Business tier development on an enterprise software or commercial software project that involved large databases.Distributed Web facing development leveraging MVC architectures required.Experience with UML and Object Oriented (OO) methodologies; Experience leveraging open source projects is a plus.Exceptional customer service approachThis is a direct hire position that can start immediately.
