Our client has a need for a SAP Data Integration Coordinator who has in-depth knowledge of various SAP applications, configurations, and master data dependencies in designing and implementing multi-tiered ERP solutions. The SAP Data Integration Coordinator will promote business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with various technologies. As this company strives to attainment their objectives, they are fully engaged in an SAP solution to continuously improve processes - the process to define, measure and improve their processes - creating a 'process optimization' process. In participating in this initiative, you will help the organization align to the customer the best suited staff and technologies to understand customer needs and must be empowered to make improvements. Your role will is to create a bridge between Information Technology (IT) and Business Units.Key Objectives: -- Identify ownership and accountability for business processes and enterprise information;-- Define and promote enterprise technology standards and strategies;-- Design and apply enterprise system and application solutions to meet business objectives;-- Size and design server infrastructure for new initiatives;-- Coordinating numerous, interdependent SAP ETL load processes across multiple environments. This includes creating highly structured project plans with strict timelines.-- Coordinating SAP configuration decisions between the various process teams, to reduce the impact to other teams and thereby minimize changes to the project timeline. Extensive knowledge of SAP has proven essential to avoiding false starts and re-work.-- Managing ETL tasks being performed by the process teams to expedite their completion, particularly for the detailed load processes to pre-prod and production environments.-- Providing a deep level of insight into the many SAP modules and their relationships, particularly as it translates into data dependencies and the sequencing dependencies within complex data loads.-- Provide architecture implementation support for technology projects;-- Support executive management and project teams in technology decisions and implementation of technology strategy;-- Ensure that information needs and business rules are in compliance with enterprise policies and standards;-- Managing the conversion plan to insure timely completion of tasks by all project groups, by monitoring and driving completion of critical tasks.-- Build a framework for accurately capturing, sharing, distributing, securing, and leveraging company business processes, staff, and resources. Experience: Job Requirements:. Over ten years experience in an Information Technology implementations.. Experience with SAP Modules, applications, configurations, and master data dependencies.. Experience with relational database technology, SQL Programming. . Strong ability to work with business units to formulate business processes and requirements. . Experience in diverse system and application design in large heterogeneous enterprise environments.. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication at all organizational levels.. Information Security experience a plus.. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables (documentation, presentations, research, etc.).. Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on schedule. Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration.
